This is one of the most common questions we get. The first thing to remember is that all sales are different from one another. Most companies prefer you have an entire household of contents. Meaning an
average size home of 2-4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, garage, shed, etc..with a mix of appliances, electronics, kitchen items, artwork, bed linens, clothes, flatware, china, dishes, utensils, books, etc...Having smaller items with the larger items is a typical estate sale. Our Company operates a little differently. We do the typical estate sale, but sometimes we have clients who just have a home filled with just furniture and some accessories, no small stuff. We have a large list of clientele who follow us throughout the valley. Quite a few are decorators and interior designers. So, we are bought out pretty quickly when it comes to furniture. It's always best to have the estate sale company come and evaluate all the items you are intending to sell. Then you'll know exactly whether or not you have enough items to conduct a sale.
